Spitfire Homes are providing a proposed residential development at Haydon, Stoke Road, Bishops Cleeve.  This website has been created to provide you with information about the proposals for this site.

On this occasion, Spitfire Homes are entering a partnership with a Registered Provider to provide a 100% affordable housing scheme to support the local need for more affordable housing, comprising 97 new homes, which will include a mix of house types to help meet local needs.

 

The homes will be accessed off Stoke Road via a new access. The proposal will also include an area of open space with a play area and also footpath and cycle links to the existing network to enable easy access to the wider neighbourhood.
